It's that time of year again to look at OSHA's top 10 most cited violations in fiscal year 2012. OSHA's fiscal year ends September 30, so the recent results for FY 2012 are for the period of Oct. 1, 2011 through Sept. 30, 2012. Each year this list seems to include the same violations. The standards may change positions but the basic layout goes unchanged. This is the preliminary list and may change slightly when the final list is published.
